Use a candle when practicing yoga, meditating, or when showing signs of chakra imbalance. The pleasant crackling of the candle will create an atmosphere of comfort, the aroma of essential oils will reduce emotional tension, and continuous burning will give a sense of peace.
Each chakra (energy center) is activated and balanced by a specific set of essential oils. Candle aromas are natural essential oils selected for each of the chakras.
Place the candle on a stable surface, light it. Before using again, clean the wick of burnt wood. In order to extinguish the candle and not to spoil the aroma with the smell of burning, it is enough to cover it with a lid and it will go out by itself without the access of oxygen.
